The Streamer
CineCloud Streamer is the Cinemeccanica software for the cinema monitoring and management.
It allows the full control of all the theaters through a simple and user-friendly interface.
With CineCloud Streamer, the user is able to monitor in real time what is happening in all the Theaters, to know the status of the players and view the scheduling of the entire cinema.
It allows creating shows by inserting movies, music, automation and advertising.
CineCloud Streamer also supports the “on demand” cinema.

Setup (System)
The last item in the main menu is the setup of the whole CineCloud Steamer system.

Theaters setup
In this section, you can set different theaters.
Click on “Create Theater” to open the settings windows.
- Profile: Select the profile or create a new one
- Theater Name: Short name for the theater
- IMB/Server IP: IP address of the IMB server
- Server Serial: Server serial automatically read from the profile
- KDM Serial: KDM serial (IMB Certificate Serial)
- Theater Mode: Content management mode
Click on to create a new Profile.
- Server Type: Select the projector type from the dropdown menu
- Login: Credentials for the IMB API (Hula IMB does not require them)
- Server: Insert the server serial, IP address and communication port
- Datastore: Access data, IP and communication Port, Type and Path of the folder
- KDM Folder: Path of the KDM folder

Datastore Setup
Click on “Create new Datastore” to open the setup windows
- Datastore Label: Name of the datastore
- IP Address: IP for file transfer
- IP Address (Manager): IP for communications
- Username/Password: Access data
- Type: Filesystem type
- Port: Database communication port
- Docker: Store docker image name
Settings
- IP Playout: IP of the Hosting Playout Computer
- Timestamp Offset: Seconds to validate the written status of theaters
- Safe Time Show: Seconds between shows in schedule
- Timezone Streamer: Select the Timezone to display the correct time in Streamer
Setup Folders
Shared Folder and paths configuration.
- Shared Folder: The shared folder path
- K: K:\ is usefully the parent folder of the Shared one
- Datastore: Global path of the Datastore server
Import DCP
“Manual Import” allow user to select the folder where Import DCP. “Easy Mode” automatically select the destination path for the import (Recommended).
Click on “Create a new Destination Path” to setup the standard Folder Path.
- Folder Name: Name of the Folder
- Destination Path: Global path for the DCP Import
Import KDM
Click on “Add New KDM Folder” to setup the KDM destination folder.
- Folder Name: Name of the KDM Folder
- KDM FTP Folder Path: Global path for the KDM Import
Ingest Source
Click on “Add new Ingest Source” to setup the Source
- Source Name: Insert the name of the Source
- Type: Select the Type (Local or FTP)
- IP Address: IP of the FTP
- Port: Communication port of the FTP
- Username/Password: Access data for the FTP
- Directory: Directory that load on connection to Streamer
- Active: If users can see and use this Ingest Source
User Manager
Click on “Create new Streamer User” to configure a new user access
- Username: New Username required for the login
- Password: Password to login with the new username
- User Role: Administrator, Schedule User, Content User, Theater User, Player User, Monitor User
Status Monitor
- DB Server 1: IP address of the Main DB
- DB Server 2: IP address of the Backup DB
- Datastore 1/2/3/4: IP address of the Datastore 1/2/3/4
- Storage Datastore 1/2/3/4: Label of Datastore 1/2/3/4
Database Setup
Database configuration window.
- Database Address: IP address of the Database
- Database Name: The name of the Database
- Database User: User name to access the Database
- Database Password: The password for access to the Database
Setup (Automation)
In this windows user can manage the automations that can command the theater.
Click on “New” to add a new automation
Data
- Name: Title of the Automation
- Group: Group of the Automation (type in the field to create a new one)
- Category: Category of the Automation (type in the field to create a new one)
- Value: Auxiliary field to define the automation
Events
Click on “Add” to add a new command to the automation
- Type: Select the command Type
- Time Reference: Select when the command have to be executed
- Start: time of Delay or Advance with respect with the reference time
- Enable: Select to active the command
Type of Command:
- DeviceManager Item: List all the Device Manager Item that can be selected for the command
- Custom Command: Insert the command String that must be executed
- Playout commands: Stop, Clear, Automatic On or Off
Every Automation can execute multiple command in one time.
Setup (Device Manager)
In this window, user can manage The Device Manager Items used for create the automation.
Click on “Add” to create a new Item
- Type: Select the type of the Item (Projector, Audio, Automation)
- Source: Select from where the command was accepted (Any, Editing, Playout)
- Paramerer (Projector Type): Douser, Lamp, Macro
- Paramerer (Audio Type): Volume, Mute, Mode
- Value: select the value of the command Item
- Mode (Automation Type): Bit or Byte
- Port (Automation Type): GPIO Port
- Value (Automation Type): On, Off
- Hold For (Automation Type): milliseconds that the GPIO hav to hold the value. (0 = always)
